As technologists, we founded PAC to solve the most daunting problem we have faced over the years: that the traditional means of finding talented individuals are fundamentally broken and harmful to people.
The current system is rife with unfairness, inaccuracy, and inefficiency:
- Talented people cannot differentiate themselves in meaningful ways.
- Opportunities are awarded to the wrong people for the wrong reasons.
- Companies struggle to find great people, unnecessarily spending fortunes in the process.
Compounding the problem, a powerful industry generates hundreds of billions of dollars every year perpetuating the inefficient status quo, caring little about the harm it propagates.
